Terms

This is a summary. Our full terms are issued with every quotation and take priority.

• Quotations are free of charge and issued within 48 hours of receiving complete drawings.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated and are based on the drawings and information listed in them.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated. The CIS and domestic reverse charge apply where relevant.
• Payment is by bank transfer on the terms stated on the invoice.
• Design responsibility stays with the client’s engineer unless we accept it in writing.
• Variations are priced and agreed before the work is carried out.
